Came here to try their chicken and was very impressed. When you walk in it's a very small place with few spots to eat but I was taking my food to go. It's a local Spanish restaurant with traditional foods. All foods on display looked delicious; empanadas, chicharon, plantains, and other items. I only ordered the chicken. It was a decent portion but cooked absolutely deliciously. Had the nice smoke flavors, seasoned well (not too much seasoning but just enough), and was very juicy. All the other foods looked great as well and I am willing to try it out. Might not be the best place to sit and eat as space is very limited but the food is delicious.

We go at least 2-3 times a month for their charcoal chicken. My daughter loves the natural juices and their jello

Wanting to get a decent chicharron without making my way to Noches de Colombia, I went on yelp to find any local restaurant. It was difficult at first to find the menu online but I knew from the picture, they had what I was looking for. So I took a chance and popped in on a Saturday lunch time. There were a lot of people waiting to order and inside was very lively. The lady who took our orders was really nice. We ordered the spicy chicken 1/2 platter with rice and bean, the 1lb chicharron and the big side salad. I am so happy that we took a chance in this restaurant. People were nice and food was so good. Will definitely be back. Ps. I took pictures of the menu for y'all :-) Cheers!

Food is delicious and prices are great! The "chicharrón" is definitely worth the trip and it's also sold by the pound. Absolutely delicious and affordable. $8 including drink.

Thank you to the crew of the best..Pollo Domingo ..sandwich I've ever kissed! Heart on a platter. Xo

Man this place brings back many memories from my college days at Rutgers. Cheap, delicious, and hearty are definitely the perfect words to describe this BBQ slash Spanish joint just a few blocks from campus. It's definitely your typical Spanish bbq joint but the selection is quite simple and delicious. For that reason, they definitely churn out perfectly seasoned roasted delicacies like chicken, pork, steaks as well as Spanish favorites like chicharrón, rice and beans, tortillas, and plantains. All the meats are roasted over a legit coal burning fire pit and whatever señorita's (the owner) secret rub on the chicken is, it posses the same potency as crack cocaine. If you are ever in the area and in need of a quick fix for a cheap price, you just can't go wrong here. A half chicken meal with three sides is just $7.50! I mean if you are on a college budget, that's better than food stamps!
